Flood Resources
Floods are among the most common and destructive natural disasters in the world, and climate change has increased both the occurrence and severity of flooding across the globe. A flood event can occur with very little warning, and can accompany other natural disasters, such as a tropical storm or hurricane. It’s important for individuals, families, businesses, and communities to establish a flood plan, including what to do before, during, and after an event. Explore the resources offered here from CSU Extension and consider visiting Ready.gov for additional information.
If you need assistance recovering from a flood event, you can also contact your regional Extension office for help.
